According to the official announcement on the Russian Nival site, Heroes V: Hammers of Fate will be known as "Lords of the North" in Russia (I think this is because the literal translation of the English title sounds a little weird in Russian). Nival has used different titles for its Russian and English releases in the past (for example, Rage of Mages was known in Russia as Allods, Evil Islands as Cursed Lands, and Etherlords as Demiurges), so it's no surprise.
The announcement also shed some light on the campaign: it will take place between the Haven and Necropolis campaigns, during the civil war in the Griffin Empire, and it will see the Dwarves appear on the borders of the Empire after centuries of isolation.
