Actually, the most common plastics operation in Brazil is breast reduction... Some guy on Discovery claimed it was due to the sexual image of lean, fit girls, who shouldn't have too much "shape". Just goes to show that if J.Lo was from Brazil, we wouldn't have that much "shape" to look at in "Money Train"

Correct. But they're harder at first and they will be softer and more like regular boobs. It takes about six months for them to get the right size and shape.
