You will find three very useful stick threads in the Heroes V forum:

• Gaidal Cain's extensive bug list contains a series of problems reported by members of the Round Table, sorted by category (Campaign, Combat, AI, etc.). Some have been confirmed, others are not.
  
• Addicted's Support Answers is a list of five quotes from Ubisoft's technical support site. For instance, you can find out what that mysterious Disk 2 is all about.
  
• Pitsu's FAQ answers some of the questions any new player might have. It is being updated continuously as well.
