The left side is tricky; we have several players who are capable of playing left wing (Gilberto, O'Hara, Malbranque), but we could still use a pure left winger of international class; like Capel or Ben Arfa. As for other slots, I'm hoping we'll buy a couple of wrold class players to help us fulfil our amtibions.

The French football club Paris Saint Germain (PSG) are the reigning French league cup champions. They have, however, no chance of defending their title, as the club has been banned from next year's competition.
This decision was made on the grounds that the PSG fans put up an offensive banner on the stands during the previous final. The banner called people in northern France "pedophiles, unemployed and inbred". It caused strong reactions, and fans feared the club might even lose points in the league; last year Bastia was deducted 2 points for a racist banner. The league disiplinary commission, however, determined that this case was merely offensive, not racist.
PSG are currently struggling to avoid their first ever relegation, albeit they are still in the semi final of this year's cup. Winning the cup will be the only way for the club to play in Europe next year, and if they are relegated, playing in the cup again next year will be the only chance of playing in Europe two years from now. The club say they will appeal the decision.

Tottenham
Nah, we (Spurs fans) read those rumours with disbelief. While he would be an excellent reinforcement, we just don't believe that he'd bother coming. We think he'd be too interested in money, and Spurs have (at least for now) a wage ceiling of some £50.000/week. Ronaldinho takes twice that. Also, he'd want to play in the Champions League.
I was thinking Chelsea. With Sheva heading to Milan, I don't think R. will go there as well.

Lol @Darknessfood. That sort of thing has happened before.
Hmm, definitely not Spurs. I thought the rumours were about him going to Man City.
Yes, he'll go to a big club. I was thinking in Italy though I'm not sure which team.
Spurs picked up that Modric guy...I think they still need to sort out the back 4 also.

Speaking of Cluj, there are rumours that they are looking to sign yet another Rosenborg player. Last year they signed goalkeeper Lars Hirschfeld and defender Mikael Dorsin, and they also wanted striker Yssouf Koné's signature, but the bid wasn't high enough for Rosenborg. They are reportedly ready to make another bid, and reinforce their squad for next season's Champions League.

I acted just like an animal when he "missed" thanks to Van Der Sar.... but I can say that I remained silent after Terry's miss either...Kalah wrote:Loved it when "Le Sulk" missed. And now he's whining. Big surprise.

Since my nation forgot to chase the ball long time ago, and there is no Brasilia in Europe, I go either with England or Spain/Portugal... but no real candidate
