It's had a couple comedic uses. Like when Strong Bad used "pwned" in an issue of Teen Girl Squad.

But otherwise it's pretty much useless.

The specific one I'm referring to is #10.

Ever had one of those bosses who you seem to rub the wrong way by just exsisting? Where nothing seems to be good enough? *sighs* I am beginning to regret accepting the demotion and not finding another job.

Yep. I had one of those for THREE YEARS!!! :S If I said "The sky is a lovely shade of blue today." He would tell me that I was an idiot, anyone could see it was purple!

No. Really. He would do crappy stuff like tell me that my floral print dress with lace collar was "unprofessional" for the office. So I came in with a tailored green wool skirt. He told me that one looked like a pool table!

Then he told us that he didn't want the ladies of the office to wear pants. In the winter, I was FREEZING in my 'nook' of a cubical so I put a space heater under my desk. He told me it was a fire hazard. I told him my feet were cold. He told me it was plenty warm enough in the office. I pointed out that he was wearing wool socks, heavy shoes and long pants. If he wanted me to remove the heater, then I should be allowed to wear the same. He shut up about the heater.

Some of the CRAP he put me and the other ladies through would now be considered Sexual Harassment.

That JERK was the true reason I run my own business now.

Some people just have no clue how to handle authority. They think if they don't do it themselves, it is not done right, period. When you try to explain something to them the act like you are a complete moron. If it was some snot nose kid, it would not be so horrible, you expect it from them.

I've done everything I can to help his transition. He tells me to do something some way I do it, if people come to me complaining I back him up. Now he has been a supervisor for a long time, but this is the first time for this aspect of his job. (They got rid of the person between him and us (me)). Shown him nothing but respect and cooperation, but I might as well shoved a pie in his face the way he acts. *sighs*. The people he normally had charge of always are complaining because he treats everybody like an idiot. He also thinks the rules don't apply to him. (Wore shorts all summer, but nobody else could. Parks in handicap spots, ect ect).

A true leader accepts that it won't be done right... he's just too lazy to care.

@Misty: I can't really give you any sound advice about your job (since I've never had one myself).

But, I hope it all works out for you in the end. ;)
