The toppings are on the inside. The "burned" look is the caramelized sauce that's on top.

The food we got from the restaurant yesterday was excellent. Tenderloin steaks weighing in at 200g, corn cobs, tomatoes, fried potatoes and a delicious sauce, steamed broccolis with cheese and cream, topped by a very good Portuguese red wine. :yummy:

In Romania we usually make them smaller and more than 5 in a batch. Yum :)

yesterday it was one of the managers birthday and we had plenty of good stuff to read... too bad i have no pictures... mici FTW.

Yes, I believe that's what you call them. They're a bit larger, though. What I did was take some ground beef, right, and mash it up. Then I added some spices for flavour, some breadcrumbs to avoid the meat being too chewy, and you could put some egg and potato flour in as well if you like. Then just roll 'em into balls and cook 'em. :yummy:

I just ate the best chicken I've ever tasted in my life... :yummy:

No kidding, it really was. The juices was running from it, I sprinkled it with fresh chili before cooking it, which made the sauce great... with the usual accessories this meal was très excellent... :-D

I've had KFC once in my life. When I was on vacation in Iceland nine years ago. Twas some great chicken! :-D I don't believe we have it here in Denmark. Too bad. McDonald's could use some competition...
