I kinda like the name Katherine too, but shouldn't she be named after our long-lost beloved Queen Catherine?
(spelled with a C)

I like the name Celeste too.

Well Cat has a nice ring to it, while I can't think of one that is short for Celeste. Maybe Celly... pronounced like Sally!

Drats, i did think of one.

She needs a last name as well. Since her first name seems to start with a c anyway, how about Hack for the last, so she'll be a CH:er as well ;) OTOH, if you want her to be more of a goth, maybe Haart would be a good last name :devious:

Why would you shorten it?

In fact... Use her fullname...

I'd be down with Celeste Chillheavens. Good name that's also a little bit silly.

The funny thing is that I always have problems pronouncing the name of my own site. I think I'll go with Celeste, and decide later whether she needs a last name or not.

Thanks guys!

I think Celeste fits her well, and brings her closer to her roots.
