Well, you're right about right, but I should point out a pause is not always an indicator of a comma, or vice-versa. (For example, people often pause before "because," but in most cases it doesn't take a comma. It's a common comma error.)

In this particular sentence, the comma after "know" shouldn't be there, because of the word "right" at the end. If right weren't there, it would be optional. "You know" with a comma is an interjection, while "you know" without the comma mean "you know that," which is, I think, what Milla means in this sentence.

It's not a required pause.
