Yes we do have sea-access: the Danube Delta and a chunk of land directly south of it (called Dobrogea).
Also, a little correction is needed... I only live 350 km away from ThunderTitan. 600 is the distance from here to the seaside, travelling on the road.

Judging by the Wikipedia entry, Odense's population is approximately 8.52 times larger than the population of my town, and Denmark's surface is 7.16 times larger than the surface of the county I live in. Romania, on the other hand, is 5.53 times larger than Denmark.

Why not walk around Andorra or Liechtenstein. Hell, Luxembourg is even possible, or Belgium, the Netherlands, Estland, Letland, Litouwen...
