Yup,it sure is.Not as the original, but its still extremelly good.ThunderTitan wrote:The fact that it doesn't happen all in the same place takes something away from it, but it's a good movie.
To be fair, the first part wasnt completelly in the same place either(the roof, the funeral, the video store). Its just that moobys just covers more ground.stefan.urlus wrote:ahhhh, forgot about chasing amy, that was also excellent, have yet to see clerks 2, but from all reports it's pretty good

I saw it. It was pretty entertaining. The only gripe I have is that the English dubbing was among the worst I've ever experienced. Definitely watch the DVD with subtitles.ThunderTitan wrote: Anyone seen Ong-Bak?! It's suposed to be made without any wires... impressive considering the few scenes i saw.

I watched with homebrewed subtitles... i think i got enough. But i always prefer to understand the original language, there are things you just can't really translate.Corribus wrote:Definitely watch the DVD with subtitles.

Ong-Bak is basically a tongue in cheek look at moralistic action movies. I consider it the most stupidly awesome film ever.
I just saw 'Straw Dogs' and I'd love to hear what anyone thinks about it either way(It does seem to be a love/hate movie). If I had to choose now, I'd say its perhaps the best anti-violence film I've ever seen.
