The nazgul mounts were afraid of running water.

Wheren't they just normal horses in the book. Seeing as the river killed them i'd say they were.

The horses reared up nad the Nazgul had doubts not just because of the river, but because they were on the border of Elven-country.

That's what happens with these undead types. They think they are all big and bad with their decaying heads, glowing eyes, foul odors, etc., but then they come to an itty bitty river and it's like, "waaaah, water!" What a bunch of wusses.

Oh my, undeads these days, are surprisingly weak arent they? And yet so pretentious...
They don't even know the power of their kind
Real Vampires, use hacks. :o[

But nazgul were really just afraid of water because it was near Rivendell. In the novel, though, it was mentioned that they do not love water, yet they hated fire all the more. In any case, holy water pistols anybody?

Ok,you want an out of book critic?Fine!

Lets start like this:Why doesnt a horse jump over the water?

Do you know how thick an elephants skull is?It can withstand a point blank shot from a rifle, yet a creature that is basically a bigger elephant got killed by an arrow?Using multiple arrows at once doesnt make the shot stronger.

Again, mages arent defined by their staffs.

11 hours is too long for any movie.

The main chararcter turned out to be a wuss, yet he is being praised by all. What gives?

Whats the deal with the horse in the expanded art one?Where did he came from and whats his role in the movie?

I remember there were a lot more, yet it was long ago that I watched the movie,so I dont remember. But there was something about ants and sauron as well.

Sauron being a big freaking eye and wanting a ring?

And Legolas had the Pierceing shot feat. So that arrow counts as a ICBM!

Wow!Imagine if the oliphants head exploded! Now that wouldve been great!

Oh,the elf dying was some sort of a hero(everybody threated him like one),yet he came out of nowhere and dissappeared into nowhere again.

Which horse? Bill? He was actually to be seen in earlier shots, from the point they left Bree and onward...

In the movie Glorfindel was also known as Arwen...

You should just be happy Tom Bombadil didn't pop up outta nowhere.

I remember once seeing a webcomic in which Tom asks PJ why he was left out. The answer: "the movie only works if Sauron is the scariest person in the movie"! :D

Here we go again. The Eye was not Sauron. It was the Eye of Sauron, a different entity, as clearly described in the books.

And Legolas was given his bow by the Galadrim.
