Probably not. Maybe protecyon knows a way, but it would most likely have to be integrated into the site's coding.

Yesterday was my 30th birthday and nobody wished me happy birthday. WTF? What's the use of a birthday list if nobody uses it?

Don't bother wishing me happy birthday now, btw. It doesn't mean anything if it's said out of guilt.
