how to change a single scenario in heroes III!

is it possible to change a scenario and for example to begin always with the same city(i like beginning with Rampart);how can i always begin with the Rampart town in a single scenario?

Well, you could always try choosing Rampart when you start a game. Doesn't seem like too much of a hassle to me.

Or replace the random town with a Rampart town in the map editor.
