Easiest way to play multiplayer

Unread postby corleone » 18 Jan 2008, 21:27

Ok, I hope I can get some serious simple answers here. With Heroes 3, I host a multiplayer game, my friends connect to my IP address and things are done.

With Heroes V, they have to log into Ubisoft and blah blah blah. Isn't there an easier way to do this? SHould I use Kali or what?

I don't want to make everyone install a bunch of stuff and explain to them about firewall ports.

So, whats the EASIEST way to play Heroes V multiplayer WITHOUT using UBIsoft?

Thanks,
Corleone

I should think Hamachi would be the way to go...

If you're all on the same location, try hot-seat. It's a lot more fun sitting in front of a monitor together than sitting alone waiting for the next turn.
