Any reason to get HommV+Hammers when you can just get TotE?

Sorry, this wasn't in the FAQ.

As far as I know TotE encompasses the previous two games already right? If that's the case... aren't they obsolete?

Does anyone feel cheated by getting the previous two :X

I suppose so...

Say if I install TotE first, how do I get campaigns of the previous games? Installing the previous games over it?

Edit: Or does it mean to have both campaigns, we must install the game doubly and use up double the space? :S
Edit: And will it rollback certain features? I know the multiple upgrades and caravans were not present in the older game right... when I play the campaigns for those will it not have those features?

As far as I know, you can't play the campaigns from H5 and HOF on TOTE. I think there's a thread from a while ago where someone was playing the H5 ones on HOF...
You need to install each separately to get the respective sets of campaigns (I'm not sure what you mean by installing the game twice).
The multiple upgrades are only in TOTE. Caravans are in HOF too.

Well HoF is to be installed after you install HoMM V.It will contain the campaignes of both of them while TotE is to be installed separeatly and it contains only the TotE campaignes.HoMM V with HoF and TotE are like 2 different games.

Yes.

I got H5 and HoF only to play the campaigns and its SP maps, and that was months' worth of play time. So it was worth it.

That said, TotE campaign is 10x better than the ones of H5 and HoF.

I found HoF to be enjoyable as well, but the basic game campaign can be quite tedious at times.
