Video problem using the scroll button......

We have this weird thing that happens with using the scroll button to change camera angles. The games drops out and the icons on the Desktop flicker. We are using an MSI NVidia 6800 GS card w 128mb ddr2 memory with all the updated drivers. Also have all updated Sound, DirectX drivers etc. I tried sending this same message, in detail, to Ubisoft, got the canned reply asking me to update everything. Apparently they do not read through the messages when you send one. They then sent me a reply as i did not get back within 48hr that the problem was SOLVED!??????!!!??????? Nothing was solved! I then tried changing resolutions from 1024 x768 to a lower one. We just gave up using the scroll button and just change camera angles using regular mouse button. But it stinks that I did not get at least a real reply. I did check the listings of resolved issues before I ever sent a complaint in!
