Wraiths are fun to fight when you summon phoniexes. Nothing like having your uber powerful creature killed with one simple attack.

Let's see. Knowing how a lot of fantasy games and myths go, I'm saying they'll throw in a long lost faction of Wild Elves. I really hope that Nival doesn't resort to this. As mentioned above, cyborgs are better than another Elf faction.

Upgrade the ram. I have a Sony Vaio and I upped the ram to 2 gigs. Runs beautifully now.

I agree. And most of the time I got offered logistics for some reason.

Automatic resources from mills and creature dwelliings would be a nice feature to have back.

Good luck getting the ultimate. I missed it by one level. If you got arcane armor over phoneix, I suggest restarting. That spell will be invaluable to the bitter end.

I'll second that. Having 9,000 skeleton archers and phantom forces makes things a bit easy.

I came close to it, but I got stuck with expert artificiar on my last level up.

I found the campaigns to be ok. I prefer being able to play any campaign I want right off the bat, but I understand why they required you to play in order. I did not care for how the Haven campaign felt like a tutorial. It seemed degrading and annoying. They should have just had a tutorial campaign/...

I would say Meteor Shower is my favorite, followed by Implosion.

I would like to see the Hand of Death spell return. Not the most practical, but I liked seeing the skeletal hand rip through the stack.

That's great. I would like to see the Cyclops of Heroes III return with their ability to attack castle walls. It'd be nice to have an extra shot a the wall without waiting for the catapult or to cast Earthquake again.

Light magic is a good way to go. As Mirage just metioned, Mass Haste and Mass Righteous Might rip are a huge help, and Resurrection always helps.
