You like barbs - ok, do more maps for barbs. Not need to impose your idea - I repeat: guys which knows how to play good with barbs can play them with actual version too.

If paco lost on his map versus might it is a clear sign - MIGHT DOESN"T NEED TO BE INCREASED.
In other way - might can be easy overpowered especially by OLD players.

Don't forget that they are just a 1 lvl, after few easy battles they must die or stay in home.
You can always use them to kill some leprechauns or few troglodytes, but later let them protect castle from accidental capture by 1 lvl thief

About halflings and orcs I disagree too.
Its good to have some shooters even or especially in fist part of the game. Moreover halflings are good for kill 4 lvl monsters, and orcs have stun ability.

About IMO potions I disagree, it is very important of tactic game online. Maybe reduce using IMO per hero to 3 potions in one combat - it is better idea for me.

on multiplayer game you must be faster...... so i choose nagas 90% of time (with tactical heroe, this creature is very strong !): teleport or flying naga is nice to kill enemy heroes.. i choose venom 100% (equilibris vampire are weak, expensive, undead, few growth), big creature on final battle !! ...

Well, you may think it's stupid, but it still offers the most freedom. And have you actually played TotE? There's no going back to "basic form", only re-upgrading to the alternative upgrade for a small price. You catch me ;) I just love H4. I tried TOTE but is borring. All things are worst.
