Re: Thundermaps Update
Nice, it is most likely the most challenging map of these four. I'd like to see someone complete it on hardest difficulty without "cheating" with save games.

Re: Thundermaps Update
Thanks. Had a lot of fun with it and Thundermaps as of late. I recommend hotseat game with friend for optimal challenge and fun. SP is fine too but gets a bit too easy for my tastes since the computer will send you resources generously (and I have boosted them a lot).

Re: Thundermaps Update
Actually the first map is Mixture of Races.
Second map is Thundermaps.
Second map is Thundermaps.

Re: Call to H-IV mapmakers - AI enchancing scripts
Personally I think you are better off with the titan/mega dragon treatment. AI losing battles to the neutrals is the issue, this percentage reduction wont likely have much of a noticeable impact. And I recommend making a github repository for the project and linking it here, then others can contribu...

Re: Call to H-IV mapmakers - AI enchancing scripts
Hi fellow map makers :) It would be really useful to me if someone (or group of someones) worked on and provided me with the following couple events: 1) An event that gives control of a neutral army to a player when encountered by an opposing player. 2) An event that reduces a neutral army by a per...

Re: H7 vs taking things into our own hands
Instead of spending too much time to play against the AI, you could make the AI play against another AI. This can help you to test the AI, find bugs and even to test the balance to some extent. Might make sense to do different testing environments for both adventure map and battles. Similar to this ...

Sanctuary but do not give them the ability to travel on water so easily. It makes designing maps more problematic.

Luckily you can create random maps in the editor.

Re: H7 1.7 Announced for February
The lie I'll never forget is the master A.I. line used in the trailer. :canthear: Indeed and another one I'll never forget is the "the random skill system of h7 is very similar to the one in h5", directly out from the mouth of lead game designer Xavier Penin. :vomit: How it differs then? ...

Or you could buy the game and ignore the guy who seriously thinks Fallout 4 has few bugs.

Re: So is this game worth buying?
I'd say it is especially if they iron out majority of the remaining bugs and improve AI and editor (at least performance) . Hard to say anything about balance yet (played only couple maps so far). Also I care only about cooperative hotseat and scenarios, so I haven't really spent time on campaigns o...

No, he does not. He almost never does, his videos are only about first impressions.
