Hello again. Is it just me or is the game running a bit slower now? My performance seems to be a bit worse after this patch. In any case, the changes are really nice as always. Set StretchWidth to about 1.33. Of course, the resulting image, as the name implies, will be stretched (distorted), but if that's what you prefer.

Thank you again for the hotfix. With all these changes I didn't think were even possible before, I have to ask. How plausible would it be to increase the draw distance? That's about the last thing graphics wise that I think would be nice to see improved. Also, would like to explain another meaningle...

I've noticed though that some of the text is now blurry again and no matter how I change the scaling params it doesn't seem to affect it anymore. Bugged again maybe? Amazing update again. Widescreen in might and magic. Can even adjust the FoV. Some seriously good work.

I've noticed though that some of the text is now blurry again and no matter how I change the scaling params it doesn't seem to affect it anymore. Bugged again maybe?

Shouldn't they work like Medusa stone in MM7? A chance of applying the status on hit? There's a Paralyze 'Bonus' and it works perfectly fine. However, Plane Guardians have Paralyze set as a spell. So I presume the same was programmed for the plane guardians, that's why it's not working. No, they're not working in MM6 either. How they wanted to implement them is unknown, but only projectiles similar to MM6 would make sense. As for Implosion and Mass Distortion, these may be implemented almost...

Yes, I am sure, there is no entry for might and magic in that location.

Also, GOG Galaxy creates a simple .ink file through which it runs the game if you play it through the launcher. I was running the executable directly from folder in either case.

Are you playing the GOG version of the game? Because as I found out, it sets the game to windows 95 compatibility mode and that in turn makes the game run only on one cpu core (others are disabled, can be re-enabled in task manager). Try adding ScalingParam1 and ScalingParam2 to ini with values lower than 3 and 0.2 respectively to make the stretching more blurry and less pixelated.
