Good and bad news with Town Portal:
Good news, you can cast it.
Bad news, all the locations are messed up. e.g. if you want to go to Free Haven, it takes you to Sorpigal instead. I donno if it's just me with the issue.

I plan to play this mod and give feedback/comments but I see that the installation requires GrayFace's 2.4 patch (as listed here: https://github.com/tnevolin/mm6-skill-e ... llation.md)
Do I have to use that version or is it okay if I use his latest patch (2.5.7+)?

If you load up MMX Legacy and go to Random Creation, you'll see the preset names. Each class has four faces: Two male, two female. In the Star Island temple in Blackshire, my characters are getting hit time and time again with a paralysis spell from a distance. This never used to happen with my Sold Out version. Chests in the Merchant House of Alvar were supposed to store your items as an NPC says this at one point (I could be wrong?) but it seems this isn't the case. Kind of like how you could store stuff in Harmondale Castle in MM7. Also, is there any way you can make it so that XP is shared across NPCs/h...

I'm not sure if I ever brought this up, but holy heck, the area in the Free Haven Sewers where the Prince of Thieves is -- it's just glitchy. Distorted textures and the light keeps flickering on and off. Is there any way you can fix that? Also, I should add: A friend of mine was playing through MM6 ...

You mean correcting the numbers from 10 / 10 / 10 to 10 / 5 / 0 for example? I think that might be the better solution.Other option would be to correct these values to match actual mechanics.

Will one be able to update to the latest version of your mod during a playthrough or would you have to start a brand new playthrough to apply the Shrine of Electricity fix (Along with any other changes you may have done)
