It's a known bug. Sadly, you'll have to replay the first mission without changing your hero to a Tears/Blood class.

I'm a pacifist goodie-two-shoes, so I chose Tears for everyone. I would actually argue that Tears suits Irina more than Blood - she strikes me as diplomatic and open-minded. Anton and Kiril seem more fitting for Blood.
