I think that each heroe should have at least two different ultimates, each one for a different building; or then two different buildings for the same ultimate.
Some variability is always welcome =)

I play only Sylvan and Heaven :P Always im going druyds. I like the elf ranged army so much! Unicorns only if im playing ylthin =) When playing Heaven normally i already have built gryfin tower in day 6 or day 7, or never in the game iwill use them. I think the problem with these haven strategy guides is that writters are not showing the things as "choices for situations". We already know how heaven works, then these units, skills and heroes informations or particular opinion shouldn't be in that guide. The best should focus on a part...
