(i friend of 'Heroes IV') :D
I say to him do a lot of maps... :rofl: So he loved do maps, and i just say the name...: 'Get home from adventure'. But anyway, no all people can do a lot of maps, and the maps are: S,M. there are not a L,XL.
Becuse:
1. Its alot of work...
2. The maps are really large, and i don't have energy to open all the map... :tired: so let's just say: For hem its nothing! but he must to have a lot of time to build... i sure he can do it in 1 week, or something that.
I have a question:
If 'Heroes IV' finish do that maps, he can to put there in equi? not in campaing but in scenario... i just want to show that map.... :)

Sorry, I don't have Equi so I don't know anything about it.

21 maps in a week? Image Ok. Can't wait to see them. :D

Of course, I'm VERY slow because I get tired of looking at mine and take weeks or even MONTHS 'off' without even opening them. I'm just that way. I have to be "In the mood" to work on them.

21 maps in one week?
Most mapmakers need 3 years to make just 4 maps.
I myself lost about 5 months on making an SIMPLE map (War of Eranol).
I am back and ready to... ready to... post things.

Nah. That's just me. I get frustrated with them when they 'don't do what I want' and have to go away and do something else for a while. Or, my Real Life just gets way to crazy busy and I just don't have TIME to work on them. :D

Vel makes great maps and he says he can do them rather quickly.

That mean NO Large maps Or Extra Large!!!

We got the Small and Medium part, still that's a load of maps in a short time. Specificly for a campaign.

The something like that part, does that mean a range from 1 week to a year or what ;)

And we all know that equi = equilibris, and where to find it :) Heck the main Equilibris site is on our ( :proud: ) main server, the Celestial Heavens server. So we also know a thing or two about Equilibris ;)

1. Its not my guilty! You say: just say the name, and how much maps... and i say: 'Get home from adventuer' and 21... your problem.
2. if you do the best may be i forget you and you me...

Maybe the administator thought Heroes IV was a duplicate of you. Maybe he posted some stuff that wasn't ok...

I think it is it... he post something like equilibris 3.6, and now the new version is 3.51... he may be show the feature.... kidding... And he do that map a month... he say that is hard build, but anyway he need help and he don't know how to ask... :S so i ask the question for hem! :)
So one of them:
If (for example): you see a orc, and you do a event that change the orc to red orc, how do that? 8| , change color... from nothing to red or blue...

Check the "Properties" of any creature, hero or town. On the Events tab, there should be"Triggered" events as well as "Encountered", "Victorious" and something for "Defeated" ... Anyway, on the "Encountered" tab, (Or "Captured" / "Entered" on a castle) you will have the "Change Color" option. I use that one quite a lot.

In some of my maps, I use the Change Color script on the castles to take the castles away from the human player. Many times, if a player gets TO MANY castles, they get way to powerful. I use it on creature stacks as well. I was making creature 'guards' another color to keep them from making 'creature of the month' stacks which would block the player from easily moving around a maze like path. But on the last map, making them a different color made them pick up everything in sight, the joined up to make MEGA HUGE stacks and caused trouble. But if they were Nuetral (No Color) they would attack the AI color that was supposed to be in that area. So, I make them switch back and forth. Nuetral color most of the time, but an allied color on the AI computer enemy's turn so they don't wipe them all out before the Human player gets over there.

Actually it's 'Change Owner' :creative: :tonguehands:

And you should watch out, because the creatures might 'fight you' (at least if you use HoMM IV standard (or any of the expansions, though I don't know what it does with Equilibris) By this I mean, the combat still starts, and there are 2 sides, but YOU control both sides.

The way to solve this is to use a placed event to change the owner of the stack. Let the placed event trigger the event 'OrcsTurnRed' and give the Orcs under 'Triggerable events' of their events tab the event 'OrcsTurnRed'. Here you choose the 'Change Owner' option.

He know that no dwellings for megadragon, but he grow 1 in week?
He (heroes IV) think 0.5 but not sure... help... :-D ?

Sorry, I don't know what is their growth but WildBear used 1 a month, check here and you can download a map with Mega Dragon dwelling on it to copy for your own needs.

If you understand the scripting a bit you can change the available Mega Dragons per month.

But when you script under the encountered tab to change the owner of the creatures do they still fight you? That's what we're after...
