Quick question about Racial Abilities

Whats the maximum allowed number of Racial Abilities?

There are 5 spots on Specilization and Racial bar. The last one is an Exclamation Point so i guess this is for the Ultimate Racial Ability? So can you get all five? (1 Hero special ability + 3 to choose + final supa dupa ability)

Of course you can get them all but remember that you can get a racial ability per level of the racial skill. Occasionally people forget to lvl their racial and wonder why they can't get any abilities.

So you say it goes 1 to 1. ok cool. I hope that i dont need Ultimate Skill to get the ultimate ability though...

Msotly coz the Ultimate Skill can't be lvled to.

Yeah, I don't even know why it's so hard to get (you need a relic artifact, and still, even if you have it, you maybe have a better necklace...) when it doesn't give you some spectacular bonus (only as another level up in that skill)
