Nce proposal, but dont we have enough flying 7lvl units?ThunderTitan wrote:I want lizardmen. With only 1 Naga unit, at lvl. 6. I don't want a Naga caster. Just have a Lizardman Shaman.
Dragonfly (flyer)
Lizardman (melee)
Medusa (shooter)
Lm Shaman (caster)
Basilisk (melee)
Naga (Melee) (No Retal + Unlim Retal)
Wyvern
Something like that.
1: Dragon Fly
2: Lizardman
3: Medusa
4: Basilisk
5: Gorgon
6: Wyvern
7: Naga
I know a naga as lvl 7 sounds crazy hehe But they are after all terryfying multi armed beings in the myths along with raksasha.
Definately want a Fortress-esque Naga/Lizard town with Gorgon and Basilisk.
However a beast town would be very welcome. Armadillo for Lvl 7! It's small... BUT DEADLY. I'd just make it a small tank, huge defence and HP and middling damage. Just have it soak everything up and then badger (armadillo?) everything to death.

lvl 1 - Dragon Fly
lvl 3 - Naga tank
lvl 4 - Medusa (could look like some kind of naga)
lvl 5 - Naga spellcaster
lvl 7 - Basilisk
There are two levels left...
I would leave out lizardmen and wyverns, the former because they don't fit the universe (they are no elder race, but probably no beast-men either) and the latter because they are replaced by the paokai, which belong to the orcs. I also think that the gorgons don't fit the swampy environment of this faction.
I think the basilisk can be the top creature of this faction. It's actually a quite powerful being.

Remember Might and Magic V : Darkside of Xeen, there was an armadillo monster that was a real pain in the @$$ on low-level because you couldn't harm it with normal weapons... Aww, that were the good timesinnokenti wrote:However a beast town would be very welcome. Armadillo for Lvl 7! It's small... BUT DEADLY. Oops, seems I did hurt the pride of another old timer ? ^^innokenti wrote:What do you think I was thinking of!?
Even dark elves are not new in Might and Magic. there were Dark Elves in Might and Magic VIII (and they were quite different from this cheap Warhammer/D&D ripoff)scorch wrote:No Dark elves are just a new name....come on it's a warlock town!

Notice how there's no guarantee. v1.0 is always gold.Paradox wrote:[/b]A gold release is considered to be very stable and relatively bug-free with a quality suitable for wide distribution and use by end users.
