Creature abilities question.

What does enraged and master hunter's warding arrow ability do?

Also, the abilities like harm touch... it seems that they never work. And if it does work, will i kill the extra amount of enemies equel to the amount of my creatures with that ability(wraiths, for example)? So if i basically have 15 wraiths and i attack 20 archangels, i get the ability and i kill all of the 20 archangels?
