I mustve read the wrong thing then,as he said that all in all therell be close 60 maps(6x5+16 is 46,not nearly close to 60,so we are to expect at least some new maps)
well there are 10 more comming and hinted at more! If this game needs more maps we will get it!

Forget fixing the Treant... the Gargoyles GOT TO GO... they really need a new Gargoyle... there was nothing wrong with any of the previous Gargoyle looks... this new one looks the worst.

Otherwise, I think the game looks great... can't wait!

About the dissapearing corpses - if they don't dissapear it will be just as awkward if you could only see a peasants head popping out of a dragon corpse.. So I don't know what would be a good solution..

-unique factions
-hexagons
-more spells
-an adventuremap where you can see what you're doing\where you're going without having to swivel the camera every two steps

You reminded me of something Ethric, thanks!
Listen FC ;)
In the adventure map, when switching between underground and overground, the position of the camera stays the same. The camera position should have a different memory for these. It's really annoying now because at each switch you have to play with the camera position to catch the correct angle for the current level. I hope it can be fixed...

Technically Fabrice said capabilities will be added as an upgrade not a patch. Their terminology not mine, “Patches are for fixing or improving existing features, upgrades will be used for adding features between any expansions.” Picky I know, but there you are. :D

Personally I think that the map editor will be the most important upgrade, far more than additional maps, since the map editor allows for the making of additional maps.
The game can probably 'survive' for some time with the campaigns and maps provided from buying the game – perhaps even a long time, if what FC says about them; being far more extensive and well-produced compared the the campaigns of the older games. Eventually though, we will have played the original maps and user made maps will be in high demand.

Details, details... are what make the game more enjoyable:
* change the font in texts that we read often; Monotype Corsiva (if I'm not mistaken...) is nice and ornamental, but it has too many serifs and curls; a plain old classical font would be easier to read
* make a separate month/week/day display, where the current week trigger is explained in short

* I'll play the demo some more and find others...

Perhaps Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman (DrangonLance authors) threatened to sue them for plagiarism? :D

Three moons are still part of the Ashan continuity. You can read it on tooltips.

I don't really like the look of the moons in that picture. It's too... asymetrical... un-harmonious.
