Hard Copy Manual & Creature Stat Card

Unread postby HodgePodge » 28 Apr 2006, 17:46

Does anyone know if Heroes 5 will come with a hard copy manual and a creature stat card like all the former Heroes games did?

Well there was a version that did, but i haven't heard anything about the normal one. Someone should ask Fabrice.

I put this question up on the official UbiSoft forum but haven't received a reply yet.

BTW, I preordered the Limited Edition. You'd think it would come with a hard copy manual & a creature stat card, wouldn't you? ;|

I think it does, but I'm a bit confused about the various editions and their availability. Creature cards make for some great bathroom reading. :proud:
I'm on Steam and Xbox Live.

A hard booklet and creature card should be standard for all versions, LE, CE, DE and Regular. Though the extra stuff like a bag of fake gold, H2, H3&H4 and map will be included with other versions than regular.

Yeah, I just got the "unofficial" official word from C_h_u_c_k_l_e_s … aka Sir Charles, of The Genie's Lamp that there WILL be a hard copy manual & creature stat cards for ALL versions of the game. :-D

Will there be in-game manual as well. Something like Civilopedia?

If u read this thread in the old forums, there is some mention about a civilopedia style in-game help among the feature list. This was some time back but i have never heard anything about this after that. Does anybody will this feature be in H5?

Well you have creature descriptions in unit windows, under their statistics...I think that's all to it.

When I pre-ordered my copy from a local gamestore, I was asked if I wanted to order the "normal" version or the "more expensive" version of the game. I never found out what the difference between the versions was.

But, as the true HOMM-fan I am, I ordered the "more expensive" version (whatever version that is...)

On May the 19th I will get my hands on the "expensive version" :)
At least this is what I was beeing promised...

I just got some clarification about the content of the various versions. I'll see if it's ok to share it with everyone.
I'm on Steam and Xbox Live.
