what is the boss fight theme called?

I like the music that shows up everytime there is a boss fight. But what is the piece called, and how do I get it? (Can't find it on youtube and all the boss fights there have lots of commentaries interrupting the music)

The boss theme is the one called Fateful Battle (Track 17).
