its a PC RPG that reminds me alot of Might and Magic :)
Ultima, Elder Scrolls and Might and Magic Veteran.

It's remind me more Wizards and Warriors game then Might and Magic.
Damn, if I could play W&W on XP but it can't. :(

No. It was somekind of Wizardry series spin-off (game desinger was from Wizardry):

Oh ya, I know which one mean you know. DW Bradley's game. It got bad reviews and looking at the disaster of Dungeon Lords...

For me it was quite enjoyable game. Of course story was bad (GREAT EVIL), it was pure dungeon crawler and so on, but guilds, towns, classes, spells, skills and all mechanic were very interesting.
Also game world have some deep for me.

And ending was funny - father who was reading story to his children... ;)
