It is good to see that there is still written dialogue in the game rather then the cutscenes.
It is bad to see that the dialogues are still there. Textboxes would be a better choice IMO.

3D still sucks... for screenshots at least. But the game looks good, nice interface too... now i want to play it already. Or at least see more videos.

Any gameplay improvements? Increased strategical and especially tactical depth? Better AI (the one in D2 was rather weak even for cheater)?

After this much long, not much design improvements from previous series. This game is going to be released or not ?

It shall be released in 3Q2008.
They told that they are considering to relese Undead Hordes in an addon soon after D3.
Since they told that D3 shall have 4 sides in Multiplayer and having two same factions won't work because of the rules, I think that it might be possible that the Undead Hordes shall come with vanilla D3 but they don't want to announce it just yet.
Any gameplay improvements? Increased strategical and especially tactical depth? Better AI (the one in D2 was rather weak even for cheater)?
-the battle is now similiar to HoMM where units walk on the battlefield. Of course, there are still no stacks and parties shall have more units. Large units shall take either 2x2 slots, whole really large shall take 3x3 aslots.
-rodplanters are no more. Now you buy a creature that acts like a rod in the city (Forrest warden in Elven Alliance) and that creature shall walk on the map, battkle creatures, level-up and transform the land around it.
-magic can now be cast both on battlefield and the adventure map
-a new resource stone is used in building in capital
-cities on the map now give small amopunt of gold (which is needed since parties are now bigger)
-to go over the river, you must get a ship or zepelin
-there are few other changes and adds
not much design improvements from previous series.

So now you want awesome graphics....i though gameplay came first people. And this graphics may not be final, they are even great and realistic.

Right on Orfinn. Gameplay comes first. Example: crysis looks amazing, but it's still a standard shooter (maybe even worse)...

I want awesome everything... but now what i want is more info...

As i said, 3D sucks for screens... the design of the units is good... (of course maybe it's just me coming off H5... my standards might be lowered)

What a huge let down... the units (esp. their faces) show no character, no personality at all. :(

I have problems with the design of the human faces as well, too much anime I think... otherways I see a lot of cool stuff there :)

To me it is opposite. The graphics look 100 times better then Disciples 2 and I like new creature designs much more. The grainy graphics give a more dark flavour to a dark game, IMO.

I'm not asking for much. They could at least show some emotion (like anger, fear, etc). I just can't stand the empty looks in their faces. I mean, it shouldn't be THAT hard.
