The disconnection is from their platform software, Ubisoft Connect. So I think it was a platform or server issue. I was not able to connect for half a day or so. My internet was working perfectly fine.

I only have one Ubisoft game, Homm7 (which they insisted on rebranding as Might and Magic Heroes 7). After the experience of this crappy product, I can assure you that I have no further intention to purchase any Ubisoft products.

I see. The problem with that is that I think that we have similar picture already. It's so much common problem for (nowaday not only) Ubisoft, that there's no reason to add it again.

Hey, in past they had at least funny 404 :p

No worries, it's just to show their ongoing problems.
I am currently playing H7 without any mods or add ons, but already it cannot save to cloud. They give me error messages without explaining why. So everything I am playing on now is a local savegame.
