I sure hope I don't see a Heroes V: Bugs Unleashed expansion.

Sir Charles wrote:It's definitely NOT that heroes online thingy. That's not connected with Ubisoft in any way, shape or form. From what I hear, they're actually kinda pissed about it as they've used Ubi copywritten artwork in it without permission.
Strange. Here's what the mmosite.com says:

"Heroes of Might and Magic Online is based on Heroes of Might and Magic III. Playing as a town owner, the player can raise armies inside his own town or in the wild. Through fighting monsters in the wild, they continuously improve their ability and gain necessary resources based on which they can level up their castles, recruit higher level creature and learn higher level magic.

TQ Digital have purchased the develop right of Heroes of Might and Magic Online from Ubisoft."

Here's hoping we'll get a better AI with the next expansion. If Ubi knows her fans she should consider it...
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

They might have bought it before Ubi acquired the rights, and they couldn't really put the name of a dead legal entity there so they wen't with the current owners.

And they also weren't given the rights to use Heroes FIVE artwork in it.

I haven't seen any contracts, so i can't really tell, can I. For all i know they were allowed to take anything from future projects too. Or they weren't allowed anything at all.

Or maybe the suprise is a lawsuit against Heroes Online.

Sometime ago, there was a rumor about Uwe Boll directing a movie based on the Might&Magic universe.
Veldryn 15:15 And Vel found a dirty old jawbone of a walrus and put forth his hand, and took it, and in his unholy rage, he slew thirty four thousand men and children therewith.

Uwe Boll should be restricted from making a film set in the M&M universe... His skills as instructor are limited.

What, pray tell, is an 'expected' surprise?
