mm6 eel infested waters

Hi,

I'm having a problem getting to eel infested waters. I know the boat in Silver Cove is supposed to go there, but there never is an option to go there. I am doing the oracle awaken quest and I already got the other three memory crystals, and the last one is in the Castle in the eel infested waters. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Go in Wednesday to Silver Cove's docks and sail to "North Island" (or something like that) and you will be on Eel Infested Waters.
