Can someone help me with Lemkanen quest? I found 6 urns, but I need a Potion of God Ukko. Where is it?

At least in the original TCC, there's a NPC in a house in Norseland (nee Kriegspire) who brews it.

So now I've cleared Fortress of Anarchy(Alamos) and the seer told me I need to install part 2. Do I need to install original TCC part2 on top of TCCR?

No. It is impossible to install it because of the many changes to part 1.
