In my opinion there should be 2 alternatives to what a unit can upgrade into (if the unit is upgradeble). This way every player can develope an unique strategy for each castle.

I don't like the 2 alternatives part for the reason that when you take over an enemy town af the same alignment and the enemy build the other version, it's basically useless for your main hero
