ehh? the speed of the cat decreases with upgrade? fix it.

+ the health of wisps and elves increases by 2/3 with the upgrade? i dont remember about lvl 2, but lvl 1 health increase is here certainly too much, should be 1 or 2.

Pretty nice :). Hehe I myself prefer darker more dangerous looking things, but that is very good actually. Now if only it was shrouded in moonlight (hehe sorry I am a 'creature of the night' in my heart lol).
