Yet another vote for the H2 Griffin

--I like the color scheme; the H3 griffins look a bit washed out in comparison
--The H1 griffin has awkward wings and ears
--The H2 griffin is cuter than the HV griffins
--The H4 griffin is ugly and awkward IMO.

Voted H5 Griffin. It looks gooood :D A bit evil too though but I guess that's a good thing. A too cute looking griffin (or any other creature) causes much debate here on the forums in my experience.. ;|

H4 and H3 close but H2 wins it. The Griffin just looks so properly noble and proud!

I like the H2 Griffen but the H4 Griffen was truly awesome and with Equilibris became a huge part of the Nature strategy. I'd go H2 as a close second to H4. Never liked H3 puting the Griffen in the Human town.

What changed for the griffin with Equilibris, except that its attack and defense were decreased (lower than those of the white tiger IIRC)?

you are wrong!the cost of the citadel was decreased.making them easier to get.
and I voted for them, because they looks more "animal" than in the 3 first games.also like the unupgraded one from heroes 5

I wasn't thinking of the building requirements, only of the creatures themselves. And in that respect, I think I am quite correct - the pre-equi griffin is more powerful, if not quite as accessible.

Burning kittens is no good. You should always grind the to dust to use in spells.

I still don't understand how anyone can like kittens and the H4 gryphon.

After witnessing her "entusiasm" during the SF thing, I doubt you'd walk away from trying something like that.
