The Local Delicacy Thread
I can't remember where, but the conversation TT and Milla about Greece and Octopus Tentacles make me feel hungry. So I post a delicacy thread so anyone can look at it and perhaps satisfy their stomach if they're too lazy to walk to the kitchen.
Here's something call 'Satay' by the locals. A popular appetizer with meat on sticks. Dig in!!

Here is a poutine:
It is found mostly in Quebec (Canada), but it is slowly expanding to the neighbor provinces and even a few US states. It's made of "french fries topped with fresh cheese curds and covered with hot gravy and sometimes other additional ingredients." (Wikipedia)
It looks gross, but it actually tastes quite good. It's not a healthy meal, obviously.

I think I've already covered Cheesesteaks. So what about the Philly pretzel.
They are traditionally eaten smothered with yellow mustard.
