I am aware that this is probably the worst time ever to publish a map, but I have a few interesting fan creations that need to see the light of day. So, without further ado: Death Vs Life by HellSpawn is a four-player extra-large multiplayer map for the Equilibris mod (that's for Heroes IV, for those of you who joined us recently). It is recommended to manage your resources well on that scenario and to choose your difficulty setting carefully. Family problem by JPtheMapMaker is for the lonely conqueror out there. It puts you on an extra-large map with four computer players. Pick up your Shadow of Death disks on the shelf to play this one. Last but not least, Mutare's Apprentice by Olavi Valimaki (a.k.a. Yurian Stonebow), an allied/co-operative Shadow of Death map, has been updated to version 1.3. That update is the fruit of hard work of over two months.
Check out the readme of the maps for more information.

New Maps: Life, Death and Family Issues
I want to say THANK YOU to Hellspawn, JPtheMapMaker and Olavi for these maps. I am not a fan of 3D, so I'm sure it won't be long before I'll run out of maps to play.
So again, thank you to them.

Your welcome.
I'll still be making maps for HOMM4, but I'm having a little trouble finishing up my next one...(Writer's Block).
I'll post it as soon as I can.

Holding on is easier, then letting go.

My apologies to the mapmakers for the delay with the post. I didn't expect Heroes V to be out so soon and had to find some new content quickly.

New Maps: Life, Death and Family Issues
No need to apologize, Angelspit. The Heroes V hype is on!
And thanks Linda G. for your kind words. Mutare's Apprentice is my first Heroes map ever. Some fantasy and scifi cross-over stories were added to the map to enhance the Heroic tale of Mutare Drake's Apprentice. I really hope that I'll someday make it to the rank of full time mapmaker.

Don't worry if things are going badly today. They will be much worse tomorrow.

@HellSpawn
I understand the writer's block, since I just published my maps I had hoped the break would re-engergize me. But the release of H-V has me distracted, though I have not loaded it yet, not sure my computer can handle it. We'll have to see if the hype for H-V subsides to the point that H-IV can co-exist with it. Otherwise my first work may be my last work. Then again it will depend on fan interest and/or H-V's editor capability. So keep up the good work, it will take many mapmakers to keep H-IV alive.

After the "glitz" of Heroes V runs its course, and without a map editor, we all run out of maps, we will be very grateful for new Heroes III & Heroes IV maps. I love both of these games, so I will be downloading these new maps immediately.
Not to take away from Heroes V, it's a great game. So I do hope that the Map Editor & additional maps will be arriving soon.
Anyhow, thanks for the new maps, JPtheMapMaker, HellSpawn & Olavi Valimaki (a.k.a. Yurian Stonebow) … and to Angelspit for posting them.
