No problem. Take as long as you wish. But if it is about bugs that can be avoided (like, don't do two doubleclicks on a town cause it will crash) then they should just tell us not to do that and rls it.

Anyway, it's good to see that they're caring so much about the game. I don't think it's necessary to point out that this is more than 3DO ever did.

3DO did fine, it was just that they were running out of money and started to get desperate

Kinda goes two fold I guess :) The wait is killing me, but on the other hand its really good to know that Ubi 'cares' about this game, and they wont do anything untill its up to their standerds.

Cool. Good news, glad it means that much to them.

I am afraid about the release of the final game that will be delayed or release later. This text is proved it a little. I hope this will never happen.

I wouldn't mind if it were delayed until winter 2006 aka december or something. Not if it meant we get a great, polished game. Like HL2. Loved it. It was worth the extra year wait

If there are major problems or bugs that they can handle quickly, then it is best they do that before starting the beta- they don't need a lot of reports about bugs they already are working on.

I know that if I become a beta tester, I want to be able to evaluate the gameplay, interface, balance, etc. and not have the game crash a lot.

Same here, i dont mind if release is delayed, because i will play the game anyway until next (HoMM6) comes out, if HoMMV sucks i will suffer, but still playing, i prefer suffering BEFORE release, i think there is some twisted pleasure there ...

One of the fear most of us had when 3DO was bought is not knowing if the new company (Ubi) would continue the saga, and if yes in the same quality. Ubi just shown us that they have taking the relay and continue with the same determination. Now I'm sure I will buy the game!

I guess we'll get there 'soon'.
I have probably offended you in this post. if you take it too harshly, it's your own responsability. I, for my part, never intended to.
