Indeed, it's a bug I've introduced. It's supposed to be in right click menu in character screen. I'm gonna leave the condition in Stats screen the stats-effecting one, while in other places I'll have the more severe one.

[-] "Nothing here" was shown on the screen after a dialog with a guard.
[-] My bug: List of all conditions wasn't displayed in right click menu for Condition in Stats screen.

Hey. Thanks as always for the good work!

I have some input on the patch (may add more later if I find something new)

The indoor fov option doesn't seem to do anything. Is the option correctly spelt in the readme? Is it case sensitive? Or simply bugged?

The fountains on Evenmorn island now display black "texture" instead of water (may be a bug due to my settings, I set my view distance to 16000 and I know setting it higher creates more and more glitches)

I'm not sure acid burst doing water damage makes sense/was intended. Now it works on oozes for example, which seems strange to me. There is no poison damage in 7 so I thought this was physical was the next logical element to pick.

Edit: FixMonstersBlockingShots option makes it so that ranged mobs fighting each other can't hit anything. Saw this in nighon tunnels where warlocks shots went right through the gogs.

Are you running in Software mode? I forgot to mention it's for D3D.

No, view distance shouldn't affect it. Try moving your mm7.ini somewhere temporary to see what would happen with default settings.

Poison is Body in MM7+, but all spells deal damage of their respective school's element, e.g. Poison Spray.

Tried with default ini and the bug is still there.

Do you mean the entire game or you just want to see which files are there? It should be clean though, my installation is from GOG and I only install your patch pretty much.

My game is installed in C:\Games\Might and Magic7

The whole folder. I've tried with GoG version, and the bug with water wasn't reproduced. Maybe your folder would help reproduce it.

Here's my game. I didn't upload anims and music folder to make the size more manageable. Music folder has converted .wav files alongside the GOG's .mp3s, otherwise nothing was changed in them.

Wait, really? I could swear I remember there being a water texture in those wells, albeit different looking than a normal well.

Edit2: I remembered another new bug or behaviour change since 2.5. When I try to shoot arrows at monsters and there's a body of water between my party and it, the party will aim at the monster's feet, resulting in all shots landing in the water. There was another situation where the party started aiming at the head, rather than the center of the monster, but I can't remember how I made that happen. I can post screenshots of what I mean if it's not clear.

None of the 2.5.4 patches show on your github homepage for some reason (they can still be downloaded from github releases)

Edit: I still cannot get IndoorFovMul to work. I've already been using UILayout. I think :D

hello,
i have been using this patch for some time now. probably from version 2.4 and now the newest 2.5.2, but i just realised that i dont have some things in mm7.ini

for example i dont have ProgressiveDaggerTrippleDamage
and my thief doesnt do 3x damage

but the new things from 2.5.2 like "quick attack spell" i do have in mm7.ini

i have tried to do it by myself and put "ProgressiveDaggerTrippleDamage=1" in the mm7.ini
but it doesnt help

any solutions?
please help ;l

The patch won't add this line if you already have an INI without it. You can add it yourself, but it doesn't really matter as 1 is the default value, i.e. without this line the fix is on. The reason your thief doesn't do triple damage is that Master Dagger skill only triples the damage of the dagger itself (and then only sometimes), which is around 10 at most. The bonuses from skills, stats, and spells are not tripled. So it's not very noticeable.
