Yeap . Just did that :)

Got souldrinker. With one cast all hp back to full bar but the cooldown is...longish. a little too much to my liking but it DOES save my back in many situations.

now i need money only for training and occasional item repair. But training prices are getting steep at 40+ level. I have to go to stone city as i read someplace that they have offer better prices for your staff.

atm clearing all the areas i left earlier like riverstride fort and tualrean caves. I have to do sniper promo as inside the stronghold there might be dragons iirc so i will try to get thise items with max hp.

And basically im not saving up any points for blaster. All goes to Dark Magic.

Maybe i will rise meditation a bit as only master 7 atm and maybe i will get learning to madter 10 as i like round numbers ;) so meditation and learning both madter 10. Or is it a waste?

If you got the money you are set. Just remember training is always expensive.

I usually go for 10 in both once I have the skill points, but it is optional. After that it's dark, dark, and more dark. Just wait until you get level 30+15 Shrapmetal and watch the dragons drop like flies.

I just made a relaxed stroll around titan stronghold in avlee. Got the bow, all gold and items from floor, opened all chests.

The visit has netted me more than 50 k gp plus lots of good items which after enchanting will sell for a good price.

The dungeon rolled with lots of dragons so once i got the gold i will train to 45 now and pump learning and mediation to 10 and kill some of them and loot for these hp items i need.

Titan Stronghold is a great place for high level loot, just always be careful of the blood titans that have instadeath abilities.

MM7 is somewhat odd in that the sell rates are a combination of merchant skill and local reputation. The troglodytes quest has an absurd level of reputation gain, and you get even more with the dwarf rescue. As such Stone City is always the best place to sell or train until you get GM merchant. I always drop a beacon there.

So i will set a beacon there after ridding tunnels of troglodytes.

The red & green dragons went down in 6 shrapmetal total and to even the ofds the green was paralyzed.

now looting for max hp items, max alchemy item and maybe of protection 1 or 2 rings.

In MM6 reputation is global. In MM7 reputation is unique for each zone you are in.

That explains a lot. Red dragon just produced 25 alchemy amulet. So move on to killing the rest .

Nice leather with 25 hp. So only need now amulet gloves and 1 ring maybe. Very doable.

Shall I even bother with getting staff & leather to expert?

Master alchemy is nice for those divine power & divine cure potions. Not very strong but can quickly recover anywhere from approx 140 to 240 hp or sp which REALLY comes in handy.

I ran a few times in real trouble when mana burnt and hp almost none existent :(

Leather is mildly useful if you are using melee attacks constantly, but staff skill is pretty useless.

With a staff it's much less important to get leather expert than when using daggers. With daggers leather expert is worth getting pretty early.

As always the question is whether you have something else you want to dump the points into. It's only 9 to get expert and you sound like you are pretty close to done with your other skills, so even occasional use would make it worth the investment.

Basically, Im using magic exclusively.

now at skill level 24 + 12 Dark magic is awesome.

i just trained from 70 to 81 and consumed 8 genie lamps on october 22 for a whooping 222 skillpoints total :)

What i think now is: get dark to 30 +15 and dump the rest untill i hit learning 20 base skill. Now can get it to 18.

Btw, atm: dark gm 24 + 12, learning master 15 + 40, meditation master 10 + 15 for a total of 1017 sp, alchemy master 7 + 20.

Elemental magic now only for support.
