H IV Sniper's Crossbow

I have noticed that I still get reduced damage when the sniper's crossbow equipped.

Is there a problem with this item?

It is supposed to eliminate any range penalties for ranged units.

Hi Ed,

There is no problem with this item.

The sniper's crossbow eliminate range penalties, but not obstacle penalties (castle wall and other object (tree or rock))

For exemple, if you look at balista, you can see that balista has the "No obstacle penalties" skill.....
