Heroes 3 Visual Bug

This is a photo of a Dragon Utopia placed ON TOP of a mountain in the h3maped editor:

And this is what happens during the game :

Notice how the tower is consumed by the mountain as if it was placed on top of the Dragon Utopia well ... it isnt its the identical map as in the editor [/u]

Yeap, that's definitely a Z-buffer issue. So, uh, what of it?

Isnt there any way to prevent this besides obviously not doing it ?

Likely there is way how to prevent it. GrayFace once did small program for changing items attributes and then integrated it into wog map editor. However I don't remember the name of the standalone program.
