Yeah, I guess going back to Strategyplanet is always an alternative, if the whole thing falls apart in the future.

Kalah, Congratulations on your ascent to the throne of Celestial Heavens!

Angelspit, Thanks for everything. We owe you a lot more than words can say.

First NWC, then 3DO, now this...

I am sorry to see you go Angelspit. For me, you were always at the heart of the HOMM community embodying the best of its spirit and pointing the way. But I understand the call of family and The Real World. It takes balance.

Kalah, thank you so much all you've done and thank you for carrying on with this site. You are a Hero in every sense of the word. Plus 5 luck to you.

Hey AS, maybe now you'll have more time to actually post on the forums...

NEVER...

Man, Gamespy used to be awesome... IGN pretty much destroyed it.

Angelspit, many thanks for building this place and for all that you have done to have it grow to what we have here today. Enjoy your "retirement" - if I can call it like this - that is enjoy spending more time with your family and your other hobbies, whatever they may be (we all love M&M, but variation is still healthier than addiction). ;) I fully understand your desire to be able to enjoy Heroes VI as a regular fan. I know (some of) the things you had to deal with few years ago around the release of H5, and I wouldn't have liked to be in your shoes (and I wasn't around when H4 came out to know how that went in regards to 3DO's relation with the community). Thanks again and I'm looking forward to read future articles from you, as well as interact on occasions as fellow community members. :)

Kalah, congratulations on your new title. Enjoy the benefits (if any :p) and good luck with the challenges ahead. :)

While HC is the main forum I visit, Celestial Heavens is simply the true Might and Magic fan's hideout, and I can't thank the two of you enough for all the work you've put into it over the last decade. You're heroes ;)

(And I know firsthand that Kalah's got this site at heart and beyond, so don't worry about him rising to the challenge :hoo:)

A big thanks to Angelspit for everything he has done all these years. Hope you will enjoy H6 and don't forget to drop by every once in a while!
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

Wow! I just learned of this today. (A day late and a dollar short.) Hopefully Christian will still come around and entertain us with his presence once in a while. Good luck to you Kalah, and I hope everything not only stays the same, but gets better. For that's what CH has been to me. Only better every year.

I just learned of this today. Celestial Heavens has always been for me the site of reference for news and find such a great concentration of people and map maker section. Big thanks to Angelspit for everything you have done all these years.
I may be able to help contribute when Heroes VI is released.
I also run 3 servers and would donate space to map and mod makers to place items. ( images etc. )

Kalah good luck and best wishes. If you need $$$ to help keep this place going I would donate a few dollars.. I have used Celestial Heavens for years. Although I really miss Elrath.com and wish he would have offered anyone the files for dnload on any server.

@OliverFA

Actually AS has been more active on the boards then before after the switch (of course considering how little he posted before i see why people barely notice him posting).

Well it is of course easier to pop by the forum and chat with other fans when you no longer have to administer the thing. And AS is till lurking in the wings, posting the odd news story and answering questions, btu I definitely see the benefits of enjoying the series as "just" a fan. :)

Regardless, the board still remains as the best managed board I frequent and I am very happy about that. :applause:
