I think the sun rider has the advantage on height ... I picture him winning the battle by knocking the shaman on the head with his lance.

A little too white on the outlines. Maybe a little less white would help. Nonetheless, it is a nice pic.

Still think the horse needed a bit of bulk. It looks too light and skinny for a war-horse, you see. It should look like this:

^ Haha, dunno why but each and every time I see them Sun Riders the "SHINY!" from Overlord pops up in my mind. :D

As i recall most bulky horses where for pulling ploughs, not war...

I've meant more of a bigger horse. That horse looks too small. War horses were big, perhaps not altogether bulky, the artwork shows what I've meant though.

That's just a perspective thing caused by the insane amounts of armour on the guy... once he takes it off he loses half of metre in height and the horse is at the right proportion to him.
