Fan2: "What? Why did you delay the game? I want it now!"

(But this same Fan2 would complain very loudly if devs did what he asked and rushed the game right now in an incomplete state.)

IMO it's good they delayed the game. After Civ5, Disciples 3 and Elemental rushed states, TBS genre can't stand another fiasco. I hope they are using that extra time to add some depth to the game.

It's been way to late for adding depth to the game for months now... the only thing they'll be doing is polishing out the bugs and minor tweaks to make gameplay smoother... and that's a maybe too...

This is the best news :D congratulations to all involved in this decision it allow extra time to make the game great.

My friends and I played heroes 2 hot seat to death then heroes 3 most of my friends still play this version and no further. I really liked heroes 5 final version all expansions, except ai turns and auto save times.

The delay and new beta will hopefully allow me to convince my friends to join me in this new version of Might and magic heroes by pre ordering their copy. I fully support any further delays as long as beta access is mostly maintained.

This timeless classic can be given the remake it deserves it can surpass all others and return record sales when finally released.

Thanks for giving it time. :D

Time to implement proper town screens then? Don't think Ubi's press release gave any reason for the delay apart from general polishing though....
