We've noticed. We're looking into it.

CH Down

Unread postby Kalah » 11 Aug 2011, 12:08

As regular visitors and members will have realized, CH went down yesterday. The problem persisted for hours - albeit this time it was not a fault of ours. Even our providers' sites (KnownHost) went down.

It turns out, that the reason for the blackout was a power plant problem in Colo4's systems in Dallas, Texas.

It just shows how an online Heroes 6 could crash down and players wouldn't be able to play - thank God, Conflux came and solved this issue. ;)

Haven't chance to notice it. But there indeed was reported problem. Not exactly ours, however it could affect us.

As per theirs statement, the attacker was null routed and threat pacified. And with that the case of "Possible packets loss" is no more. :D
